QUESTION:
My computer just died so I am now unable to transfer my desktop licence back to your activation server. I have tried activating a different computer but it says all my licences are in use. What do I do now ?
ANSWER:
This is not too much of a problem. When you get your replacement machine or the one you wish to use the software on, first intall the software on it. Next choose the I WANT TO ACTIVATE MANUALLY option in the Activation Wizard. This will display all the information you need to phone/fax/email our sales department who will either re-issue you a brand new licence file or update your account details so that you can activate your new machine on-line.
