When I try to activate our local licence server, it cannot get an internet connection because it is being blocked by our proxy server. How can I deal with this ?
ANSWER:
You can use the Settings... button in the main interface to set your specific proxy settings. This will save the details to the registry so that the licence service can utilise them - as it is the program that actually contacts the Square One Activation Server to obtain its licence. This displays the following dialog box, in which you can enter the required details, click OK and then go through the activation process.
