a question about the methods that uses the weather tool to calculate the maximum and minimum temperature.

In "climate summary", how are maximum and minimum temperature exactely calculated?

I've made my WEA file for Treviso, S.Angelo, Italy from EnergyPlus data file and there's no mention about max and min temperature but only for average temperature.
Moreover, if I edit data in the weather tool, there's no mention on max and min temperature.

That means that "Weather Manager" uses some algorithmics and formulaes to obtain max and min temperature?
