Hi all,

I'm looking to analyse the effects of tree shading against cumulative insolation on the external facades of a proposed design... What have people found to be the most reliable way of simulating tree shading...?

Is it just a case of asigning a transparency and / or solar heat gain coeffs to the canopy material (presumably glass?)that reflect canopy densities with and without foliage?
