Unexplained Jumps in Mean/Max/Min Averages in Weather Tool Hourly Data

Hi,

My research group used simulation data to create our own EnergyPlus data file. We used the Weather Tool to examine our data, but when we examined the data on the Hourly Data tab for the entire year, there are strange jumps in mean/max/min averages between November and December that don't seem to correspond to the rest of the data. They overshoot all hourly data, and it doesn't make sense that the average is greater than any hourly value we have.

Is this an error in data input or the Ecotect programmers'? Could someone explain what's going on and what could have caused these odd jumps?
