Hello-
When I export to an idf file from ECOTECT, all of my windows and doors are not identified as HeatTransfer: Sub surfaces but instead, only as HeatTransfer surfaces. E+ will not allow this, and so it can't run. Does anyone know how I can fix this? Thank you!
