Thermal Comfort - PMV is not sensible

Hello everyone,

I am tryin to use Ecotect to calculate PMV in an office building, The problem Im having is the PMV numbers arent what you would expect given the Mean radiant temperature, temperature, clothing, humidity and MET rate.

For the attached example, i get PMV= -2.08 when using ecotect and pmv= -0.68 when I use the PMV Tool. I know that I set activity rate = 1.2 in the tool, while its sedentary in Ecotect which according to help file has no met value.

When i set the activity to Clerical which has MET = 1.2 I get a huge jump in PMV from -2.08 to 2.68 approx.

I would just use pmv tool, except i need to account for no of people and lighting and infiltration and all that which PMV Tool doesnt include,

please help !!
