How do you activate WeatherTool and SolarTool?

Hello:

We purchased the Ecotect bundle, one license, network version. We've successfully activated Ecotect, but cannot activate either WeatherTool or SolarTool.

Autodesk/Square One support has not helped us. Can anyone help us get these two programs activated? We really can't use Ecotect without these two other programs!!!

I have just upgraded our network version from v5.5 to v5.6 and I too have found that Weather Tool and Solar Tool are unlicensed.

I too have opened a support case but have had no response...

Still no response after over a month. Has everyone been assimilated into Autodesk collective?
