I am new to Ecotect and this is my first application.

I have generated a model for a complex roof form and want to run an insolation analysis (to help in determining the best orientation for PV arrays).

In the attempt to set up the analysis grid for the surfaces using 'auto-fit grid to objects' the best I can come up with is the attached image (incomplete grid - not all surfaces included and some of those have incomplete grids).

Does anyone have any advice?
