Heat recovery unit

Hello,
I am pretty new to Ecotect and I am trying to optimize the family house to the "passive house" standards. I am getting way to high heating results (100 kWh/m2 instead of required 15 kWh/m2). I guess that the reason for this is that I have not simulated the heat recovery unit. The rest of my settings should be fine (materials with low U values 0.1, tripple glass 0.6; no of people 2 and activity sedentary; sensible gain 3-6 W/m2 depending on the type of the room; air speed 0,1 m/s and Air change rate 0,5/h - defined by passive house standards for construction airtightness). Is there a way how to simulate the heat recovery unit or shall I just decrease the level of air change rate? This significantly decreases the heating results to a result that is much closer to passive house standards.
Many thanks,
Jiri
