window's surface

Please...can anyone help me?
I spent days after modelling stuff, but i can't work out why some zones seems to have no windows (surface window = 0.00)
Late I checked my windows and I discover that they have no surface.
That's why there is no air infiltration and also why after thermal analysis the temperatures are so omogeneous (they don't follow the line of external temperature)
HELP ME PLEASE...I REALLY WANT TO FINISH UNIVERSITY!!!!
Thanks a lot

Hi
air infiltration setting is in the zone management dialog, it is not foreign to windows.
I can not find out your exactly problem by the description, you should upload your model,

Thank you!
It's exciting torecive a reply from China!!!!!!!!!!
My problem is simply that in some zones Ecotect does not see windows. I discover it because in the dialogue window "geometry" Ecotect sais "windows area = 0.00".
On the other side windows are recognised as "child objetcts" of theyr surface an links are fixed...
Can you understand...?thanks
