Hi! How can I do for changing the values of the speed of the wind? I have tried to change the values in "edit hourly data" but I have noticed that the values in "Monthly Data" are not changed. Where have I been wrong?
I have another question: the values of wind speed in "edit hourly data" are m/s? and in "monthly data" are the same (m/s)?
Thankyou!

David,
For the wind rose (wind analysis), I think the way to change the values there is to actually chage the value of the original file, before having it converted in a .wea. You said you have tried to change the hourly data in the Edit Hourly Data and that did not change the monthly values, but did it change the values on the wind rose?
The units in the edit hourly data will be those of the original file import unless you have assigned a specified units when you converted your file into a .wea. many wind data are in m/s, but if you had them converted in km/h before the import, then that will be what is shown.
The wind rose shows values in km/h.
The monthly data in the monthly analysis shows values for certain hours (9am, 3pm) for various directions, and those seem to match the wind rose. Note that the values in the monthly analysis window are editable and will change the monthly analysis wind display.

Hello,
I'm having the same problem as described above.
The wind rose will only show km/h and not m/s as wanted.
I have weather files in .txt format which is separated by tabs and so there is no "speed" associated with them, whether it be m/s or km/h. When importing, I change the wind speed units from km/h to m/s when importing.
Thanks
Tom
Oh, another thing as
Oh, another thing as well...
Can you change the value axis of the wind rose. It seems to always be 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50km/h.
Thanks again!
