You can access the activation details for all of your previous software purchases any time by voluntarily creating an account on this website with the same email address you used when placing the original order. Then, once you have logged in, use the My account link in the column immediately to the right to list your previous sales, all relevant downloads and updates as well as any support requests you have made.

1. Creating a New User Account

To protect your privacy, we do not automatically create an account on this website when you purchase from our online store. Having an account here allows you to add comments to articles, participate in the discussion forums, submit support requests and, of course, access your sales details. You can create an account on our website at any time using http://ecotect.com/user/register - it is completely free and without any obligation.

2. Log in to Your Account

You can log in to your account using the Login/Register link in the USER LOGIN section at the bottom of the column to the right of each page on this site. When you click on this link, the username/email and password entry boxes will appear. Alternatively, you can log in directly using http://ecotect.com/user.

If you have already created an account on this website but have forgotten your password, you can have it sent to you by email using http://ecotect.com/user/password.

3. Accessing Your Licence Details

Once you successfully log in to your account, a new section will appear in the column to the right. This section will have as it's title your login name. Within this should be a link called My account, which simply points to http://ecotect.com/user.

If you click on this link, it will take you to your user profile page which includes a section very similar to that shown below. This contains a list of all your previous software sales, the latest relevant downloads and updates as well as links to all your previous support request.

AN EXAMPLE USER PROFILE

The following is an example of the content of your user profile page. In addition to your basic biographical information, it displays any purchases you have made, the latest downloads and updates related to the software you have purchased, a list of any support requests you have submitted and any site content you have contributed.
